Information we collect
We collect your name, email address and telephone number; information you voluntarily provide in quote or contact forms, including coverage interests; and policy identifiers and request details provided in service forms.
We also handle appointment and chat communications, along with SMS preferences, consent selections and communications handled by our messaging platform. Phone-call records or recordings may be handled through our calling platform only with notice and consent where applicable.
Technical and browser-usage information and cookie-preference data are handled as described in our existing Cookie Policy.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare requested quotes, coordinate appointments, fulfill policy and service requests, maintain communications, preferences and administrative records, protect the website, and conduct permitted analytics.
Service texts require applicable consent. Promotional texts require separate marketing permission. Relevant insurers and operational vendors may handle necessary quote and service information to fulfill your requests. This does not authorize marketing using mobile information or SMS consent.
SMS choices and consent
Our Request a Quote form provides distinct, optional marketing and nonmarketing SMS choices that are initially unchecked. You may select either, both or neither.
Supplying a phone number, calling us, submitting an inquiry or starting a chat does not by itself grant consent to recurring or marketing SMS messages. Consent is not required to buy insurance or submit a request.
Customer-care texts may concern requested quote responses, appointment coordination, and account or service updates. Agency insurance-service and coverage-review promotions are sent only with separate marketing permission.
No sharing of mobile information or SMS consent for marketing
Mobile numbers and mobile information are not sold, rented or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. SMS opt-in records and consent are never sold or shared for another party’s use or marketing.
Service providers may process only what is necessary to operate communications and customer support on our behalf, not for independent marketing.
These more restrictive mobile-information and SMS-consent protections control over any conflicting general sharing language in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. General permissions to share information do not override these protections.
Security safeguards
We use authenticated staff access to stored website submissions, protected staff sessions, and checks against unauthorized requests and login abuse. Website connections use HTTPS.
No system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
